Dr. David Fraser’s career in animal welfare science spans fifty years including the past 25 years as one of the founding members of the UBC’s Animal Welfare Program which has become one of the most respected centres in the world for research, teaching and outreach in animal welfare.
Join Dr. Fraser for an evening discussion on how animal welfare evolved as an area of social concern and policy, and how science is now helping to improve the lives of animals around the world.
