Animal Welfare Program member Dr. Cathy Schuppli delivered the keynote address at the Louis D Hyndman Sr Lecture 2019, which took place on September 23 at the University of Alberta. Dr. Schuppli’s address was titled “What Can Researchers Learn From Trained Superstar Rats?”
The Hyndman lecture was established in 1994 by the University of Alberta Animal Policy and Welfare Committee with a bequest from Louis D Hyndman Sr and commemorates his life-long concerns for animal welfare.
